cream, olive oil and coconut oil, dairy,
chocolate, eggs, fermented vegetables and some safe sweeteners such as rice syrup.
I used to buy the
white sugar but found out it horrible for you so I've been given organic coconut palm sugar and I'll use it in some of my baking or my homemade hot
chocolate or sometimes my coffee
which I mostly take it with just
cream.
