This has actually happened to me before with other
white cremes with shimmer, indie and mass - market polishes alike.
INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 oz Commonwealth Gin 1
oz white creme de cacao 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice 1/4 oz 1:1 simple syrup 2 - 3 dashes of mint bitters
The shimmers are a little stronger in person, but even then they're mostly covered up by the
thick white creme.
You can see the shimmer in the bottle, but it gets completely covered up by the creme, making it look like a
plain white creme.
I used Seche Vite Clear Base Coat and China Glaze Snow, although any
bright white creme will do.
Snow White can be best described as a
pure white creme that's as clean and bright as freshly - fallen snow.
Grandpa is
a white creme with pink and gold iridescent flakies.
I could have gotten the same look from
a white creme polish.
CTA 2.0 is
a white creme with multicolored shimmers.
Prototype DW 13.4 is
a white creme with a pink - to - gold shifting shimmer.
Application was good; it's sometimes hard to get complete coverage with
a white creme until the third coat, and this one was no exception.
It's always a shame, but it's not like
a white creme isn't a good thing to have on hand.
China Glaze Let's Chalk About It is a described as a pastel lilac, but on it looks like
a white creme that has been lightly tinted with lilac.
Hard to Get is
a white creme.
It's my favorite of
the white cremes I've tried so far, and I use it so often I'm on like my fourth bottle.
The top coat between the layers will help dry
the white creme polish, as well as help the glitter stick faster.
