If you are
using white eyeshadow rather than highlight, the above is a guide, not a direct example of what you should do, so apply with a light hand!
Apply a matte (or shimmery if you want) cream or
white eyeshadow directly under the highest point of your brow for a highlight.
Also white eyeshadow in the corners to open and brighten up eyes, never make your eyebrows too dark - as much as statement eyebrows are gorgeous sometimes they can be scary!!!

Start to apply a
satin white eyeshadow all over the eyelid, this will make the application of the pencil easier.
Simply apply a
shimmery white eyeshadow or highlighter with a small brush to the inner corners of the eyes and under the brows, particularly at the highest point of the arch.
Highlight the inner corners of your eyes with
a white eyeshadow, white eyeliner or an eye brighter to make you look more awake.
If porcelain is your natural skin tone, use
a white eyeshadow as a powder to take your paleness up a notch.
This palette contains 8 shades of pressed glitter shadows and 2 base shades, which are essentially a black and
white eyeshadow.
Brighten the inner corners and the area under the eyebrows with
a white eyeshadow.
I haven't tried many loose matte eyeshadows but I do think this works best over
a white eyeshadow base like NYX Milk.
