get extra healthy you could try zucchini slices, butternut squash, or even broccoli.
Concentrate on
getting your carbs in the form of high fibrous veggies, and what, in the paleo sphere is known as, «safe starches»:
white rice and
white rice noodles,
white and sweet
potatoes / yams, plantains, taro, sago, tapioca and their components for baking:
white rice flour, buckwheat flour, tapioca /
potato / arrowroot starches.
Then they
get depressed, because their bodies are not
getting any high complex carbohydrate foods (dates, fruit, rice,
white potatoes).
So my question is, I'm currently 10 days late to
get my period and yes it's possible I could be pregnant but I wanted to know if the addition of eating about a pound of safe starches (from
white potatoes, plantains and winter squash) and intermittent fasting could affect my period?

Maybe I'm not having any problems because I do follow the Perfect Health Diet and make sure that I'm not
getting too much Omega 6 (very little chicken / pork which are higher in omega 6) and plenty of Omega 3 as well as not going too low carb and
getting safe starches such as sweet
potatoes,
white potatoes or rice as well as some fruit.
I used orange ones and so they did
get soft, but when combined with firmer
white potatoes, that wasn't an issue.
