Yesterday it was a small,
white - haired woman whose thin frame was
so severely bent over that she could barely reach the products on the middle
shelves.
I never cook with anything I wouldn't drink,
so I always have a bottle of red and
white wine on the

I've made a dent in my gallery wall, using a
white shelf, and frames painted
white, and it's looking
so pretty against my green Crocodile Tears!
So the mantle, I guess would be
white... But would the mantle stick past the
shelves (they aren't very deep) or sit flush?

white dishes and I really like your idea of mismatching them, but I'd love to see it first.

Grocery Sign — I had plans for this to be a DIY sign (mine would have been the same wood stain as the
shelving with
white lettering, not red) but with
so much going on in December and the real life holiday home tour deadline... when I spied it at Hobby Lobby, I couldn't resist.

shelving), I like to tell you about my own experiences
so you can decide for yourself if you think something is too difficult, or worth having in your own home.
The
white pottery urns are
so pretty filled with sticks or natural greenery if you want to add an outdoor element to your
shelves.
We needed one with a narrow depth, which is hard to find right off the
shelf,
so we ended up ordering a custom one.We chose
white shaker style cabinets and a black granite counter top.
Lowe's had pre-sanded and pre-cut pine boards in the perfect sizes ready to go
so we used those and painted them
white (Valspar Swiss Coffee) before doing the
shelf installation.
I really like the
shelves,
so I don't want to ruin them, but I really want them
white!
Mine also has
white shelves, and I've been meaning to make it over, as it's just
so messy in there.
-- one whole wall would be
shelving (fabric etc. storage) and that
shelving would have sliding doors with mounted foam boards (covered in
white felt or flannel),
so they would double as design walls — BIG center table for cutting and larger ironing surface on one side (smart storage underneath it all)- sewing machine cabinet next to it and small ironing place right next to it — enough space for the long - arm (or mid-arm) quilting machine - big desk in one corner — for drawing, sketching, computer work (preferably next to the window with that great view — big inspiration board on one wall — to pin all kinds of stuff!

Pretty
white dishes and wicker baskets are displayed
so beautifully on the open
shelves in this casual dining room.
However they are your standard
white wire
shelving,
so we plan on replacing those with some reclaimed wood that we have, just like the
shelves we created in our laundry room.
I love the countertops and maybe would have had the open
shelving shelves the same color
so they would stand out against the pretty
white walls and subway tiles.
So my coffee cups
shelf has four
white cups with nice curled handles in front and my tangle of assorted cups behind.
April is National Woodworking Month,
so I couldn't think of a better time to try out a couple of new Minwax stain colors — True Black and Simply
White — while also adding some more display space to our family room with four «floating»
shelves.
Then the fresh
white cabinets made the
shelves and backsplash look dingy,
so I repainted those too.
The floating
shelves were one of my favourite accents in this room - most come in a stark
white colour (which wouldn't match our creamy
white wallpaper),
so we got creative!
I don't have any faux pumpkins
so when I saw these
white real mini pumpkins already at our grocery store I snagged a couple to mix on
shelves and trays.
I would like to just leave the back off
so my
white walls will show and brighten the
shelves up a bit but I'm wondering if the case will be wobble without it.
Luckily these
white shelves are really narrow,
so its the perfect place for a little reading nook.
I added a beautiful
white and gold lettered calendar and a «hello fall» chalkboard sign (
so simple & easy to make) to our
shelves.
I already had this
shelf but it was a creamy / off -
white color and when we hung it didn't look right
so I painted it a soft gray.
So now the job ahead of us is to paint all of the walls in the little laundry room and master bathroom; the cabinets,
shelves, and trim will also be painted (probably
white which will look nice next to whatever color we decide on for the walls).

shelf... there is just something
so inviting about open
shelves!
