Carefully looking into the large pools we
see white tip reef sharks who are almost dancing around the edge especially for our entertainment.
The snorkeling at Black Rock was complete with numerous fish species, as well
as White Tip Reef Sharks (Harmless to humans), and Spotted Eagle Rays.
After lunch, take a short walk back to the beach and this time take a turn to the right into Coral Garden where the shallow waters are home to large numbers of «Nemo» (Anemone Fish) as well as Ribbon Eels, Parrot Fish, Angel Fish, Blue Spotted Rays and the
occasional White Tip Reef Shark!
Just today we had 3 groups» go out, 2 of which
found White tip reef sharks at 21 meters and my group that saw a black tip reef shark cruising by us at 10 meters.
There is a separate cove where you can swim where it is common to
view white tip reef sharks swimming in groups, small fish, birds, and sometimes the gigantic galápagos tortoise.
Much of this dive site is a wall dive although there is a 20m deep ledge where
white tip reef sharks rest on the rubble bottom allowing divers to get very close for photos.
Also a great site to check out
white tip reef sharks sleeping in the sand, the occasional grey reef shark and if you're lucky, sometimes a hammerhead.
The inside area of the crescent has a cave large enough for divers to enter, in
which white tip reef shark are often seen sleeping.
Drift along in the ocean currents across stunning coral gardens, cruise
alongside white tip reef sharks, through huge shoals of colourful fish and even experience an adrenaline fuelled night dive surrounded by heaps of nurse sharks — diving in the Maldives is amazing!
Jack Point is one precise place on the outside deep part of Shark Point, at 27 meters you will meet big school of Barracudas, big eye jack, Snappers,
resident white tip reef shark and many stingrays.
You'll get to experience some incredible dive sites — drifting in the current across colourful coral gardens, cruising alongside
curious white tip reef sharks, through huge schools or fish and even get to experience the adrenaline fuelled night dive with the local nurse sharks — which is something you will never forget!
Milln Reef -
White tip reef sharks skirting along the edges of the reef, turtles resting under overhangs, coral trout and peacock groupers, are just some of the abundant marine life action that you will encounter on Milln Reef, 55 km east of Cairns.

For us here at the Gili Shark Conservation project the most magical thing about the beautiful reefs surrounding the three Gili islands is the abundance of juvenile black tip and
white tip reef sharks who are consistently sighted in the region making it a unique and important location for these species life cycles by playing the part as a shark nursery.
You'll likely be mobbed by angelfish, and stand a good chance of seeing a squadron of eagle rays, turtles and
white tipped reef sharks all in the one dive.
On the Southern Pacific, Osa Peninsula and Cano's Island are located where you can
witness white tip reef sharks, stingrays, morays, sea turtles and jacks very easily as compared to other sites.
Just 10 years ago this region was heavily over-fished and now there is a strong chance you will be diving here with
white tip reef sharks patrolling the reef edge.
If you prefer larger marine life, look under the table corals
for white tip reef sharks and out to the blue for passing tuna and barracuda.
You can expect to see many schools of fish, a broad range of reef critters, large groupers and wrasses as well
as white tip reef sharks.
Tulamben's premier attraction is the Liberty Shipwreck which never fails to please our divers, we
saw white tip reef sharks, giant morays and some awesome Nudi's this week.
Tortuga Bay is located on the Santa Cruz Island, a short walk from center of Puerto Ayora where you can view Marine iguanas, birds, galapagos crabs and a natural mangrove where you can
spot white tip reef sharks and the gigantic galápagos tortoise.
These volcanic rock formations are home to a large variety of sea life,
including white tip reef sharks, giant manta rays, eagle and devil rays, sea turtles, octopi, lion fish, moray eels and sea turtles.
During last week and this week that has been opened we have had an astonishing amount
of white tip reef sharks on every dive at the Magnet and almost all on Gili Sarang but boulder city and soft coral have also had visits from these amazing creatures.
The main species are: grey reef sharks;
white tip reef sharks; a family of silver tips and seasonal hammerheads.
It is common to see Napolean wrasse here, as well as black rays, leopard sharks, and
white tip reef sharks.
