The thought
of going
back to work after having a
baby can bring up a
whole mess
of emotions for many new moms.
Pacapod bags are unique because, instead
of opening from the top, the
whole back of the bag zips open to reveal perfectly organized
baby items.
But poor positioning
of the pelvis affects the posture
of baby's
whole body and leads most often to a rounded
back and some squishing
of the
back of the neck (nerdy therapist term: neck hyperextension).
As someone else mentioned, accessing the diaper area is a pain, you have to lift your
baby out
of the
whole shebang and then if you wan na put your
baby back in, you have to drop her in.
I put the
baby food tubs
back, went to the produce aisle, and instead spent about $ 15 on a
whole acorn squash, a bunch
of bananas, several sweet potatoes, apples, and
whole carrots.
Still, it's important to feel good about ourselves in our bodies, and I think a lot
of things are not discussed about the
whole process that really should be: how hard breastfeeding is, perhaps leaving the workforce and the loss
of identity that comes with it, going
back to work and having to juggle quality time with
baby and performing in your career, etc..

back of the car seat and the force
of impact is distributed along the
whole back of the car seat.
This is possible only if the fabric in a
baby carrier covers the

of the knee, or if the carrier has footstraps.
Also it
backs up the
whole idea
of breastfeeding on demand - your
baby know how much food they need and when they need it, why change that pattern when you introduce solids!
And speaking
of information overload, I was SO unprepared to hear about the liquid gold
of breast milk called, colostrum?!! Not sure how that related to
baby products, but in looking
back, the
whole experience was just pure comedy
Our
babies always seem to bring
back quite a lot
of milk — sometimes it looks like a
whole feed!

Trust me, I've had more experience than I could have ever hoped for in the «functioning without a sufficient amount

Weaning

When I was finally allowed out
of the ICU and
back into the maternity ward they greeted me with my
baby and were all so excited for me to have come out
of the
whole ordeal alive.
Whether you're tag - teaming the
whole feeding - diapering - waking up in the middle
of the night thing like an awesome co-parenting machine or one
of you is on
baby duty while the other one is
back at work, there's so much to do and only so much time to do it in!
Looking
back I think that a
whole lot
of things could have been handled better in general — like, say, not separating me from my perfectly healthy
baby within minutes
of her birth — but this was one
of those times in life when I found myself doing the best I could with the situation I found myself in.
There's a
whole lot
of incredible change that went on with your body over your 40 - ish - week pregnancy, and expecting to step right
back into your pre-pregnancy clothes and feel just like before
baby isn't realistic for most mamas.
