What makes Plenti unique and alluringly convenient in my eyes is that it comes pre-packed with loads of the «good stuff» including strained Greek yogurt, fruit, whole grain oats, flax and seeds — all the stuff I love to stir into my plain Greek yogurt but am often too tired or too low on pantry and fridge food to do so!

So my question is this: might it be the case that, in the same way that the saturated fat in coconut oil is not harmful whereas the saturated fat in whole coconut is neutral, and the omega 3 in flax oil is neutral but the fat contained in whole flax is beneficial... might it only be refined omega 6 oils that are harming us and not the omega 6's found in whole foods such as avocados, nuts and seeds?
Ground flax seed is a whole food, so it's much better than just the oil.
It's so soft, fluffy and melt in mouth texture that you won't know its oil free and made from whole ground flax seed.
I'm so glad you liked this recipe Yum I bet they would have been awesome with whole flax seeds, the texture would be great and they'd look so pretty.
Keep in mind your body can't break down whole flax seeds, so you're missing out on nutrients using whole seeds.
