But enough about that and on to today's recipe because I've finally realized how important it is to have a bag of
whole food bites on hand, at all times.
But since it doesn't have a name or diet type designation in the common knowledge, I usually call it paleo, as I think that comes closest to the unprocessed
whole food bit, and explain if people ask more about it.

Since I'm a

whole foods advocate, but also a brown butter and chocolate advocate, all of these ingredients seemed appropriate.

I thought it was somewhat ironic that after choosing to cook Ethiopian
food in an attempt to eat a
bit healthier, I found myself using a
whole pound of butter for one recipe.
These HCLF Vegan Fudgsicle
Bites are made from only 3 simple,
whole food ingredients and taste just like your favorite childhood dessert.
2 tbl of olive oil 5 carrots, finely cubed or run through your

Well, with special diets and
whole foods, you can and should think out side the box a
bit.
It still has plenty of real,
whole foods, but it's also made a
bit quicker and easier by using things like canned beans and enchilada sauce.
Grind the
whole almonds by placing them in a
food processor and blend until they resemble bread crumbs, a few coarser
bits are fine.
I made this tonight and used red lentils, as that is what I had in the cupboard, left out the 1/2 cup water and added the ground flax right to the mix and also used 1 cup of
whole oat mixed up in the
food processor for a
bit and left out the bread crumbs and it turned out so delicious!
