I am relatively new to the
whole world of
food... well, not to the eating part... but to the
cooking / baking / growing / etc parts
and it's wonderful to have stumbled upon your blogs!
It's not the most flavorful soup as it is since it's so basic, but if you prefer the taste of light
cooking and whole foods, you should like this.
Bought some already
cooked chicken from Trader Joes
and whole foods, had it with leafy greens for lunch
and dinner
and eggs for breakfast.
They are also super flavorful
and by swapping the flour for
cooked quinoa, these patties are made with 100 %
whole foods.
Mexican
foods have such yummy spices to them like cumin, coriander
and chili pepper that make the
whole house smell delicious when you
cook with them.

and along with a
whole host of other Asian spices including methi or fenugreek leaves.

Something my family
cooked that has stuck with me is lentil burgers
and vegetarian
food!Mum was into
whole foods and was was referred to at the time as hippy
food so we ate mostly vegetarian meals, but unlike some people who had a bad experience with vegetarian
food growing up, mine was amazing!
