whole -
food diet,
so just wanted to first thank you for making this lifestyle choice
so accessible!
I eat
whole food plant based diet & try to limit sugar & oil
so will sauté in veggie broth.
Perhaps if one consumes lots of oil containing high levels of omega 6 this information would be beneficial to switch, but for those who have adequate omega 6:3 ratios, that being 4:1 on a low fat,
whole foods, oil free
plant based diet would find that their ratios would be in check
so there would be no need for adding coconut oil.
I don't eat animal products but do consume
whole plant food powder in smoothies and I haven't given much thought about them adding even more protein to my
plant based diet...
so I will be discontinuing them (thanks to you mentioning it)!!
We are now living a

based diet can slim down and look and feel great.

so you can eat BIG meals volume-wise and still see that extra weight melting away on a

Since, for * most * (perhaps not all) people, eating a
whole plant food based diet can't hurt and seems to help in
so many ways, I would think it would be worth your effort to give it a real try.

Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB)
diet as the best way to prevent and / or reverse the chronic diseases that cause
so much unnecessary suffering and premature death in America.
If caught early, there's still enough beta cells and insulin production,
so taking something like amla or
whole food plant -
based diet, exercise, etc, can bring the glucose down by allowing what insulin there is to work better, MUCH better in most cases.
Sometimes a WFPB (

So, what if people already eat a mostly

plant based diet, but use olive oil, or coconut oil in cooking, or use coconut butter or oil in preparing raw vegan desserts?

That said, if you are consuming a

So, we have a pretty good idea that the
diet which is the most health - promoting (disease fighting) is a
whole plant food based diet fortified with B12 and possibly D. I can share some resources on what this
diet really looks like if you are interested.

Okay, I was saying that I got into this
whole movement because I didn't want to kill animals and then I found about all the other benefits to eating a
plant based diet and how good it was for the environment, but you know, I focus on
so many different things in trying to get the message, I spend the last hour with Dr. Pam Popper talking about the power of
plant foods on health because I'm looking for any angle I can to attract people to not killing animals.

so glad to hear that you are eating a
whole food plant based diet.
So the
foods that you mention are alot healthier than some options but they are not as healthy as others... a nutrient rich
whole food plant based diet.
I just switch ed from the
so called paleo
diet to a
plant based whole foods with no animal products or processed junk.
