One of my favorite ways to eat
strawberries is to buy them
whole and frozen (always
organic since they're at the top of the Dirty Dozen list) and snack on them right out of the freezer, or after about 5 minutes of thawing.
And to be really, really honest: I actually don't just eat a spoonful of Dark Chocolate Dreams; I make a big, fat PB sandwich on
whole wheat bread with a sliced banana or
organic strawberry preserves — I love that with a glass of skim or 1 % milk.
