We went the
whole hog and installed a reverse osmosis water filtration system for our drinking water (because our wonderful local government decided to fluoridate the water supply... ggrrrrr... and for the
rest of the
house we have a basic (same job as your brita filter) water filter so all our other water has no chlorine — oh the happy veggies and my skin is much improved... also my son has stopped sneezing when he turns a tap on.
We had the
rest of the electrical in our
whole house completed which was a hefty penny.
Dogs tend to want to explore the
whole place right away, but cats will adjust better if they are left in a smaller room first with some comforts from the old
house and then slowly allowed the opportunity to check out the

They have a two story glassed in room on the back side
of their home and at Christmas there is a giant tree all lit up for the
whole neighborhood to admire:) It's fun to think about what the

house looks like!
It's one
of those things that I've gotten used to, but whenever someone comes over to the
house for the first time and asks for a tour, when I get into the craft room I am reminded
of just how ridiculous the
