There is a point of anti-nutrients like phytic acid that are present in
whole grains, and there are practices you can do to help minimise their impact (such as selecting a long - fermented sourdough
bread and soaking your
grains), but if you're eating a well - balanced, nutritious diet most of us will not lose sleep if we forget to soak and
sprout (and in fact phytic acid can help in preventing disease).

whole wheat
bread.

I am looking forward to learning about

bread, etc and putting healthy
whole grains back into my diet (it's been way too many years since I've enjoyed them).
I've tried the Ezekiel
sprouted grain bread, but even I (the most
whole -
grain loving member of my family) found it to be tough and not so tasty that I wanted more.
How about replacing processed foods like waffles, buns, tortillas, pitas, bagels, and boxed cereals with organic,
sprouted,
whole grain breads and hot cereals that are digestible, provide actual nutrition, and give energy to growing and developing bodies?
FYI — that is why why
sprouted whole grain breads offer more nutrition than regular
whole grain breads.
That's why they can cause more bloating than organic,
