If we start this season with those two in our starting 11 it will be a clear sign from this organization that nothing
has changed and that we will never get it right until both Kroenke and Wenger are gone... neither one of these players should still be with our club at this point because they represent the settling half - measures that
have plagued this
team for a number of years... this is what I call the «no man's land» of the soccer world, where
teams don't
have enough talented young players, unlike a Monaco or Dortmund, because they
have lost the plot from an organizational standpoint... they are so reliant on one individual to run the
whole operation that their once relevant scouting department
has become so antiquated that it can no longer find those hidden gems it once
had... furthermore, when you leave all decision - making to a manager who despises any dissenting opinions, your management
team becomes little more than a stagnant group of «yes men» and no new ideas emerge... so instead of developing a
team with the qualities necessary to excel in a particular system, you continually make half - brain purchases year after year to stifle dissent from the ticket - buying public, then try desperately to finagle together a lineup regardless of what
would make positional sense...
have you ever heard of a
team who
plays players out of position so often... of course not because that manager

would be unstoppable Aguero didn't used to get benched for the national
team for him for no reason

Come the other year when Arsenal went the
whole season without a defeat in the Premier League, Barcelona were attracted by Marc Overmas and Emmanue Petti, the two joined Barcelona, they
played few games, and sometime on the bench, as a result Emmanue Petti decided to go back to England and joined New - Castle and always regret leaving Arsenal, then the other year it was Alexander Hleb, he was the best dribller in Arsenal
team, he went again to Barcelona, he was never given some games, I think he only
played few games as a sub, and his carrier was destroyed by Barcelona, then come Henry, he again went to Barcelona, he
played some games but not like he used to do at Arsenal, he was not looking like a star player anymore, he decided to go to America, then there was Fabrigas, he joined Barcelona again, since he was one of their juniors, I think he
played for two seasons, and supporter used to booing him, he decided to come back to Arsenal, by then Arsenal
had already resplaced him with Ozil, and he joined Chelsea, then come Alexander Song, he pushed to go to Barcelona, he was always on the banch, and never been on first eleven, then he ended up regreting joing Barcelona, and wanted to go back to Arsenal, but normally Wenger do not take players who pushed themselves to be out of Arsenal, lastly there was Vermuleen, he went to Barcelona and ended up not
playing at all but when
playing for Arsenal they used to be star players.

until wenger really stresses on defending and forgoes this «attack the
whole game» policy, arsenal do nt stand a chance to win major honours.also do keep in mind, attacking
whole game drains out the players.better to put handbrake on and

team has a 2 or 3 goal lead focussing on keeping posession and positioning... but i guess wenger will always go for the «u score 3, we score 4».
Our problem lies in lack of defensive organization of the

teams.

In the midfield, (including RWB & LWB) we
have a
whole bunch of tweeners... none offer the full package, none make sense in our manager's current favourite formation, except for Sead on the left and Ox on the right, and all of them
have never shown any consistency for more than a heartbeat... Sead, who I'm including in this category because of our present formation, looks like a positive addition, minus his occasional brain farts, but I
would rather see what he could do in a back 4 before making my mind up... Ox, who
has never
played better, which isn't saying much considering his largely underwhelming
play in previous seasons, seems to
have found a home in this new formation; unfortunately, can we really expect this oft - injured player to handle the taxing duties that come with said position over the long haul, not to mention, it looks like he
has no intention of staying... Ramsey
has relied on the empathy that stems from his gruesome injury years ago and the excitement that was generated a few years back when he finally seemed to put in altogether, but on the
whole he
has been a big disappointment (neither he nor the Ox
have scored enough to warrant a regular spot)... Wiltshire should be put on a weekly contract then
played until he suffers his first injury, if and when that occurs he should be shipped - out and no one should very be allowed to say his name on club grounds ever again... Elnehy & Coq are average players who couldn't make any of the top 7
teams currently in the EPL... both
have showed some great energy on the pitch, but neither are top quality and no good
team can afford to
have that many average players on their bench
playing the same position, especially with Coq's injury history / discipline concerns and Elheny's headless chicken tendencies... as for Xhaka, his tenure here so far
has been incredibly underwhelming... we know he
has some skills to provide the long ball but his defensive work is piss poor and he gives the ball away too cheaply and far too often... finally, the enigma himself, Ozil, so much skill with his left foot but his presence
has been more frustrating than uplifting... in many respects his failure
has been directly related to the failure of this club to provide him with the necessary players up front, minus Sanchez of course, and unless something drastic happens very soon his legacy will be largely a negative one (much like Wenger's)
The lack of defence
has impacted how the
whole team plays.
he is with us for this year at least... all this fighting etc will

teams will be tired especially us... we
had to chase the
whole game against Munich, we

He's by no means a poor
playing as he
has his own strengths but either we adapt the
whole team to suit his style or we get a midfielder that can player with the rest of the starting 11 and I think perhaps it's more realistic and cheaper option to do the later.
Alexis Sanchez
has played the
whole of the season and was definitely the top player in the first half of the season so I am happy he made the
team, but since Ozil and Giroud came back from injury they
have dominated every game they
have played (well, nearly...).
Ozil is a luxury that Arsenal really can't afford. The only time he tends to shine is when the
whole team is
playing to the best of their ability... which is... as we know... not often enough. This being the case it
would benefit the
team to sell him to Barcelona for the reported # 50million and bring someone else in instead.Such a player
would undoubtedly
have less talent but in all liklihood
would be able to perform on a more consistent basis.

whole team played badly The games we won we were
having our best run of form for a long time All because jack is injured
ha,, you haven't got it all figured out
We are also proven to be an attractive club to those who
have come through the Barcelona youth academy, with Hector Bellerin and Cesc Fabregas
having earned their way into the Gunners first -
team having joined at a young age, while a
whole host of players
have played for both sides later in their careers.
