I've tried making
whole wheat versions of things, but it's quite tricky as you know.
It's one of my favorite pastas for summer time and I can't find
whole wheat versions anywhere!
I made white bread with it before but really wanted to try
aa whole wheat version.
They turned out great and my family ended up liking
the whole wheat version better.

a whole wheat version based on this recipe from the kitchn and OH MY GOSH was it ever soft and fluffy.
I even found
a whole wheat version at Whole Foods so now I can eat it even more regularly and not feel a bit guilty about it.
If you're not ready to cold turkey the pasta, go for
a whole wheat version and watch the portion size.

I made
the whole wheat version following Courtney's recommendation in the comments above to use 1/4 cup less flour and 1/2 cup more water.
I've also attempted
a whole wheat version (1.5 c all p. flour + 1.5 whole wheat) and it was very good.
I will keep my eye out for
the whole wheat version and the healthier kind of sausages too.

I choose to serve the sauce with gnocchi (I use
this whole wheat version) when I'm in a hurry), but it works just as well with pasta or even spooned over cooked fish or chicken.

While I created something I rather like using coconut oil &

version I did a blend of
