Should i just omit the sugar and switch the
wholewheat and
spelt flour to rice and buckwheat flour?
I used regular dates,
wholewheat pastry flour, a tad of
spelt flour, and a half teaspoon of vanilla.
I made most of the alterations people suggested including using
spelt instead of
wholewheat, added toasted ground flaxseed and hemp seed.
You could substitute for
spelt flour or
wholewheat flour but it will change the flavour a little.
