It is beyond
me why CREA did not stand for what WE has taken years to build.
There is no justification for
why CREA's rules should require any formal agency and CREA should not be permitted to stipulate that «agency» for the purpose of participation in the MLS system is different from that which satisfies provincial real estate regulatons.
This benefits all of us and continues to make me wonder
why CREA has not stepped up to the plate.
At the very least, the CREA President should be able to speak in general terms as to
why CREA sought Intervenor status, and what they wanted to achieve as a result of their presence at the Tribunal.

After all these years wouldn't one perhaps wonder

After reading that less than 30 % of all CREA members have earned high enough ratings to be recommended, I can understand
why CREA members voted the idea down.
That does not work in an open court when everybody is watching and that is

why CREA is attempting to steal the copyrights of every REALTOR in Canada through the DDF.
Should it be the case that the Competition Bureau of Canada's interventions into organized Real Estate have had any bearing whatsoever on the Provincial Regulatory authorities pursuing their duties with the appropriate resolve and vigor, then it would stand as the most eloquent of evidence as to
why CREA needed to fight the right fight and explain fully what was right, about organized Real Estate in Canada!

Why CREA and local boards market listed properties to the general public, when those listed properties are meant to be sold with the cooperation among REALTORS only??? Let the individual listing agents do the marketing of their own listed properties to the general public (only if they wish, and not using funds of all REALTORS — including those buyer - only agents).

The issue of listings from out - of - province brokers was one of many reasons
why the real estate boards in Montreal, Quebec City and other smaller centres opted to leave
