Toxins are usually eliminated from the body, and those that can't be eliminated, are usually stored in an
animal's fatty tissues (which is
why you should always try to eat organic
meat, or otherwise stick to lean
meats).
All the
meat and eggs I eat are from hormone free
animals, and I've been eating very well, so I just don't understand
why a year hasn't been enough time for things to right themselves.

Such carnivorous foods are nowhere close to natural
meat from
animals roaming around in nature, and that's
why they lead to illness.

animal based products contain ALL the amino acids» hence they are called «high biologic value» foods while plant - based is deemed «low biologic» and can not offer all the AA's we need so that is

animals, and, that if you do buy
meat from factory farmed
animals, that you cut the fat off or buy only lean cuts of

My message and the message of
