Shown here with much less camouflage than in previous spy photos, the new Camaro ZL1 looks to sets itself apart from the SS with aggressive visual modifications, including a larger rear wing,
widened side rocker panels and fenders, and a wider intake on the front grille.
«That wider track improves handling, but we also needed to
widen the rear arches to make room for a 2.5 degree rotation in the
side radiators, which was necessary to improve the engine cooling,» explains Vinnels, adding that those scoops in the
rocker panels are functional too.
