The top three teams in each division — Atlantic, Metropolitan, Central, Pacific — earned automatic postseason berths, while the final four spots were given to two

With some question marks surrounding other
Wild Card teams in the AFC, I wouldn't be shocked to see three AFC West teams in the postseason.
The Diamondbacks have been the significantly stronger
wild card team in the National League for some time, but this hasn't always been reflected in their record or in the standings.

teams left
