Thanks for the clarification of truly wild rice, and opposed to
wild rice mix.
I made a few tweaks, most importantly using all wild rice rather than
a wild rice mix, which has just a bit of wild rice, and generally not even the real thing at that.

wild rice (reserve 1/3 for top), and 1/2 of the flax seed mixture, gluten - free breadcrumbs, spices, salt and pepper plus fresh oregano —
mix well.
