Willpower Out Of The Equation
Think of decisions that require willpower, and then take
willpower out of the equation completely.
Very few things will suck motivation and
willpower out you faster than hours upon hours of cardio.
By automating your finances you're taking budgets and
willpower out of the equation and you will be setting yourself up for a future of happy financial times.
Once you've cemented your new habits, take the guesswork and
willpower out of the equation and automate them.

This took three years of focused budgeting and
willpower, but I'm happy to say that I completely wiped
out my student loans, credit card debt and all but the last $ 1,500 of my car loan — which is on track to be paid off in September.

I have no idea if that particular client cashed
