Cook for three to five minutes, until the
spinach is
fully wilted.
Place your
spinach in a large pot with a lid, and cook down covered over medium - low heat for 10 - 15 minutes, until
fully wilted.
When it is boiling, submerge the
spinach and cook it just long enough for it to
wilt fully but retain it's bright green color (no more than 1 minute).
