next season, it's nothing personal I
just feel that after the period of transition we have flat - lined and the truth is whether it be tactics, injuries, personal recruitment that have been contributing factors to us not being able to
win the Premier
league title... it's all on him and until we change manager this stupid cycle will persist... Eddie D

just utter garbage.i want a certain rumour about Wolfsburg signing giroud to be true.Anyways if our idiotic manager has some sense left in him after an embarrassing

I don't really blame any of those players at all, first mistake from Wenger was his team selection and secondly wrong players in a wrong position,, its quite sad with all their mouths and boasting of starting the
season strongly and aiming for the
league just a waste of energy and wishful thinking, am putting the whole blame on Wenger, where is Belerin, why Ozil, Cazorla played out of positions, you should know their weaknesses and strength as a coach, why must we pass and pass to score a goal, many opportunities came from shooting distance but the players will always be looking for the
next person to pass the ball to, its quite unfortunate that a big club like arsenal is relying on a scrappy Giroud to lead an attack of a team aiming to
win the
league.
3
League titles / 6 Fa cups and constant champions league last 16odd years out of 19 also but no matter what anyone says his time as our coach has come to an end even if we win the league which in fairness we have a great shot so going out of Europe could help us win the league for Wenger to leave on a high like fergie did... This has to be his last season in charge along with Stan the Conman... Money needs put into this squad to get it to the next level and a different direction because in all honesty when we beat Bayern they just did nt take their chances like they did last night and they already had a great squad and added to it in the summer with Costa etc... we had a real chance this year if we had brought in more than Cech and that is Wengers

win the
league with the likes of Mbappe, Sanchez, Ozil, Mahrez, etc

next season we'll witness Alexis
winning trophies
just like the others with ambition that left us and went on to succeed, and we'll be here waiting for St. Toteringham day to celebrate like we
won the
league
Ok, I do not see any of the players who have
just won a championship in england leaving their club, where they are worshiped, have a place in Champions
league and are guaranteed starters, i think that decision will be made after
next season, so Mahrez is out of it.
Yes we are rivals to Tottenham but can't we
just concentrate on our team and leave theirs alone, our days of celebrating our team being ahead of them in 4th rather than how we remain in 4th over the years is part of our problem now, I remember the
season Leicester
won the
league we fans were celebrating that we came second and topped Tottenham instead of getting angry that Leicester
won the
league but see what happened the
next season and now?

just hope ozil will be around
next season, it could be our last chance to

just one of the many injury problems that have sorely beset the Gunners over the last couple of

League trophy
next season, as revealed by an Evening Standard report.
Well your righ with met spend but in amount paid out for players no net were 5th but i agree our champions
league performances have been poor we had some tough draws and the premier
league is more demanding then the other
leagues in strwnght of competition and games played still excuses do nt
win but that monaco loss left me shaking my head in cl we get theough the group but cant muster the strength needed for knockout and we should be performing better were under performing for the talent xhaka has frustrated me hes got the talent and plays well but cant hold focus in games he drops off and loses his marks our academy is doing well but yes it is tougher now to break in to the first team iwobi has done well but one or two
seasons away from being there if he does turn himself elite ever has to score or he will
just be another ox but i think its been a wake up call to the club we finally have to act theres a wave of ideas to not only get us back to
winning ways but become title contenders and i think give him the extension one year its a world cup year and that will also allow our players esp strikers who been very poor this year realized its tough to play in englad and
next year will have a better idea what it really takes to
win here shore up some spots and depth and were in contention fail and the changes will happen but let him have one more year the fact were willing to spend shows me an upturn from the decline
Thats a common misunderstanding among the fans here... wenger also wanted hazard, messi, ronaldo, rooney, cech in 2003, suarez etc
just to name a few but where are they now?????... wenger only bought ozil and sanchez because they were no longer needed at their clubs and to be honest those clubs got the better part of the deal... madrid
won the cl after selling ozil, then a year later barca
won a treble after selling sanchez to us... these clubs know exactly what they need and are ready to uproot anything that would hamper their success... if wenger's gamble doesn't bear fruits these
season, then boy we will be in for a rude shock... but its a fact that any club that will sell us their star will
win the champions
league next season

win the treble, so we can laugh at everyone... and then

just six
League games to go, he has finally admitted that we are unlikely to make up the 13 point gap to fourth place and he will now go all out to
win the minor European trophy as our only hope of getting back into the UCL

i would love nothing more than we get a forward thinking manager in at the end of
season pep klopp etc or however can take us to the
next level, i
just realistically accept the present problem at the moment and
just hope we can maneuver our way around it until end of
season, i want nothing more than that we not
just compete but run the
league for years to come and am fully aware this may or may not happen under wenger as long as we
win something big and take our place among the big 4 European clubs with a manager that wants to make a name for himself with us.
Wengers past 13
seasons I've seen leceister city
win the
league, Jose
win leave come back amd
win the
league gets fired and prolly be in a better position to
win the
league next season, south Hampton get promoted and become a stable club, oh yea leceister too, pep struggle in a
league (still finished above us) Chelsea change managers and Yh they
won too, Tottenham
just basically becoming a better side plain and simple smh, Liverpool and Everton go through management changes and still be competitive while we're here struggling to
just to even compete in our own
league and getting embarrassed in europe and now as a fan we don't only have to worry about us getting players and other clubs hijacking our targets (
just as every
season thus far) but probably losing two of our best players and a slew of others including one our better performers in oxlade - chamberlain and our immovable manger is still showing how not to
win the
league and gets a bumper new deal for his struggles
I would simply set that figure aside and tell alexis that's our intention, however if you want you could instead sign a new contract for at least double that say # 300k a week and if we
win the
league we will allow you to leave for free
next season, if we
just qualify for the champions,
league you can leave for # 30m.
True with this squad at the moment we won't be
winning the
league, the reality is that we are not within touching distance because we finished 12 points behind Chelsea, this means we need to
win 4 more games
next season just to get the same points total as the champions did last
season
Realistically, this is a pretty poor group of Europa
League quarterfinalists; Atleti have to be favorites, though Arsenal know if they can
win it, they get CL football
next season — and that's the only way it's happening,
just like Man Utd last year.

just one game away from
winning a trophy and to automatically qualify for
next season's Champions

Manchester United
just benefitted from that, despite finishing sixth position, one place behind us last term; the Red Devils will be competing in
next season's Champions
League because they
won the Europa
League.
