Good thing all it takes to make a
homemade winter tomato soup is pantry basics like onion, garlic, canned tomatoes and good olive oil.
This is such a great tip that I wish I had a greenhouse where I could
over winter a tomato plant or two.
I know that some people will frown on me for having bought them because seasonal / local yadda yadda, but if we eat tomatoes from Mexico during the winter (
