cheese blueberry pancakes,
with almond butter syrup and walnuts and a spicy egg on the side.
To make this French Toast bake extra special, I added a simple and delicious
almond streusel, which adds a fantastic sweetness and crunch that goes perfectly
with the blueberries and cream
cheese.
Next fill
with popcorn and your favorite mix - ins — I did
almonds and chocolate chips, but Parmesan
cheese and garlic salt, or cinnamon sugar and pecans are other yummy popcorn ideas.
The crust is made from ground
almonds and the filling form a mixture of cream
cheese, eggs and heavy cream, deliciously paired
with the tart cranberry sauce.

Fresh and juicy during spring and summer months, strawberries are delicious when combined
with tender spinach, creamy goat
cheese and crunchy toasted
almonds.
You can also substitute the mozzarella
with Ricotta Salata (fresh ricotta) or Feta
cheese, and add some sliced or slivered
almonds for crunch if you like.
