You can replace
almonds with any
nut you like — can you eat pecans?
Replace the whole
almonds with any other
nut and it will still work, and the
almond butter could be swapped for tahini!

almond / cashew butter is usually made
with 100 %
nuts and no added ingredients or oils so that sounds perfect!
The pecans help
with the texture so I would recommend you replace them
with another
nut such as
almonds if you don't want to use pecans although this will alter the taste!
And for smoothies yes thats all I have for breakfast, I make big ones though, normally
with two bananas as the base and then lots of other fruit, some spinach or kale, dates and then a mixture of some
nuts / seeds / super-foods, either chia seeds, ground flaxseeds, hemp protein, spirulina, maca, oats,
almond butter etc..

almonds to keep the slightly softer set white chocolate from creating wet truffles.
I made some today
with almond meal, oat bran, chia seeds, and coconut to make up for half the
nuts I was missing.
I didn't have arrowroot flour, so I used
almond flour, and I couldn't find any dates for some reason, so I used raw honey, and I don't like
nuts in brownies, so I didn't use pecans, and I didn't have any hazelnut butter and didn't want to buy any because it's expensive, so I didn't frost them, but these are fantastic even
with the substitutions and without the frosting, wow.
