In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the vodka, Cointreau, Frangelico, pineapple and lime juices.

I started my meal off with their signature drink, La Hacienda, made with reposada tequila, cointreau, grand marnier and sour, and an order of chips and guacamole prepared fresh at our table.

I started off with a Lucky Charms shot which included OJ, Vodka, and Cointreau, and then moved on to a Shamrock - a-Rita made with Melon liqueur, and finally the Patties Crush, a gin - based drink you could get on the rocks or frozen.
