I have one that's a staple here in France: zucchini
with Laughing Cow cheese.
The muffins did taste good toasted and dressed up
with some laughing cow light spread, which emulated cream cheese frosting!

This time around, I tried it out
with cheese fillings using
Laughing Cow (La Vache Qui Rit).
[breakfast] the usual veggie packed scramble
with whole wheat toast and a
Laughing Cow on the side, this particular scramble had spinach, mushrooms, and orange bell pepper [lunch] a less picturesque version of this salad, let's blame that on the extra Feta [snack] protein shake
with strawberry, frozen banana, and vanilla protein powder [dinner] layered nachos (see recipe below) * unpictured snacks * half whole wheat bagel
with PB, baked sweet potatoes
-- same as above except
with a thin rice cake — thin rice cake spread
with cream cheese or
laughing cow and smoked salmon — Plain whole milk yogurt
with fresh fruit and a tad of raw local honey or
with some low sugar jam mixed in.
I just made this
with Sun Dried Tomato Mozzarella
Laughing Cow and substituted the cheddar cheese for fat - free mozzarella.
Oh my goooodness, I had no idea
Laughing Cow came out
with a White Cheddar flavor.
I've been in love
with Blue Diamond Smokehouse and Habanero BBQ almonds, their coffee almonds
with frozen chocolate chips, cucumbers and hummus, Egg Beaters (usually buy store brand) egg whites only

Last night I kicked them up a bit... I used queso fresco chipotle
laughing cow cheese, added sriracha to the frank» hot sauce and covered them
with pepper jack cheese.

I usually toast up a whole wheat English muffin (or bagel thin), «fry» up an egg and serve it
with a little shmear of butter or
Laughing Cow cheese (garlic and herb, mmmm), spinach leaves, and sliced tomato.
I put it on an 8 ″ whole wheat tortilla
with a light swiss
laughing cow cheese wedge & half of an avocado... it mellowed out the spiciness (my grocery store only had 1 kind of buffalo sauce & it definitely has a kick to it) & made it incredible!
I used almond milk and 2 wedges of the
laughing cow garlic and herb cheeses, along
with 2 cloves of roasted garlic, for one head of cabbage.
Lawd knows they are no pasta, and I wouldn't suggest doing the Hungry Girl thing and loading them up
with fat free sour cream and
Laughing Cow cheese and pretending it's fettucine alfredo (ick).
There are many flavors of
Laughing Cow — I personally enjoy the garlic and herb flavor — feel free to go
with your favorite.
Here's how to make it: Choose your favorite flavor of rice cake and then spread a wedge of low - calorie cheese, like The
Laughing Cow (I love Light Creamy Swiss), and top
with sliced cucumbers and a sprinkle of sea salt.
Breakfast: 1 cup Non-fat Greek yogurt
with 1 cup blueberries Lunch: 2 egg whites, 2 cups steamed broccoli, 1 cup watermelon Snack: 1 cucumber, 1 apple, 1
laughing cow wedge Dinner: Cabbage soup, 2 cups steamed vegetables, 1 serving tofu Along
with 9 - 12 glasses of water everyday.
Laughing cow cheese should be okay from a lactose stand point — just don't pick the ones
with onion and garlic.
I substituted the cheese
with cream cheese (can not get
Laughing Cow cheese where I live), and added mashed avocado... better than a regular sandwich!
For my post workout meal I made myself an egg white omlette
with fresh veggies, morning star sausage and
laughing cow.
Best lo - cal / high protein breakfast ever: take 1/2 of a 100 calorie englisg muffin (50) toast it, spread a
laughing cow cheese triangle (35) on it, top
with a scrambled egg (70) and a spoonful of salsa (15)-- voila!
