Place the potato scoops into the large bowl
with the onions, add in the cilantro, cumin, chili powder, cayenne, and
liquid aminos; mash until well mixed and smooth

While my original recipe
with fairly healthy, I've since reduced the sodium significantly by swapping the soy sauce for tamari, and then for
liquid aminos.
I too, have a severe soy allergy, but I have found coconut
liquid amino, which you can use instead, or you can use vegan Worcestershire sauce mixed
with some coconut oil, I also add a half of cup of brown rice flour and a can of pickled beets mashed in for «corned beef», and BBQ ribz and a can of sweet potato for» smoked turkey» and both
with some tomato paste for hot linkz.
The stir - fry sauce comes together in a minute because you only need to shake soy sauce (or tamari or
liquid aminos for a gluten free version)
with rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, chili paste, and fresh ginger in a jar.

Some ways I've played
with the recipe include using quick oats instead of wheat bran, adding a TBSP of olive oil, and using Bragg's
liquid aminos instead of soy sauce.
I left out the bread crumbs, used half a cup of walnuts and 1/4 cup dried cranberries in the «meat» as well as cooking the lentils
with a tablespoon of dried rosemary and 3 bay leaves and adding 1/2 tsp cumin and ginger and 1/2 tbsp of Braggs
Liquid aminos and Worcestershire sauce.
From this point you can do two different things: you can put the contents of the pan into a blender or food processor
with the rest of the gravy ingredients (1 1/2 C. Light Coconut Milk, Nooch, and
Liquid Aminos) and pulse a few times for a smoother consistency; OR just add the rest of the ingredients to the pan for a chunkier gravy.
Or, season to taste
with sea salt (or tamari or
liquid aminos) and sip on it's own.
I'm thinking about sautéing some kale, adding it to the spinach
with a squirt of
Liquid Aminos and see what that taste like.

it was shredded broccoli stems (tough ends, sides cut off) combined
with almond butter to hold together (but Ive sometimes combined white beans, or firm tofu, flax egg) and then I roll it in ground flax seeds and fry in coconut oil then serve

For the dressing, I've replaced fish sauce
with Braggs
liquid aminos like this but feel free to use coconut
aminos or soya sauce or tamari.
