with PLUS the introduction of more human orientated enemies which is an interesting shift away from our typical monsters.
Isaac starts out
with nothing but a flashlight, progressively getting equipments and weapons to use against the unsightly
Necromorphs.
You still traverse cramped sci - fi looking hallways while fighting off the horrific
necromorphs, even
with the exact same collection of weapons.
With Dead Space 2's recent release we here at Elder Geek got the sudden crave for more
necromorph goodness.
Gamers will also cross paths
with human enemies and the always frightening
Necromorphs.
Rest assured it will still have you jumping off the couch and emitting high pitch screams whether it's due to a swarm of
Necromorphs or from coming face to face
with a huge menacing boss.
Dead Space returns, bringing the plague of horrifying
necromorphs with it once again.
With an arsenal of tools to dismember
Necromorphs and new determination, an engineer will bring the terror to space.
For the first time, experience the horror of a
Necromorph outbreak
with others.
After surviving the battle
with all of those deadly
Necromorphs in the original Dead Space and thinking that his dead girlfriend was helping him the whole time, you'd be a bit loony too my friends.
Excellent plot which shows Issac's struggle against the
Necromorph and himself, Visuals are sharp and crisp along
with a soundtrack that will literally make you jump on your seat, Spooky atmosphere that the series is known for is better than ever, Weapons / Suit upgrade are still a blast, Free movement in zero gravity is a welcome change, Multiplayer is a nice addition.
So when you start off the game, you are without your fighting suit and weapons as you try and scrape through hordes of
Necromorphs with the help of a flash light.
After surviving the battle
with all of those deadly
necromorphs in the original Dead Space and thinking that his dead girlfriend was helping him the whole time, you'd be a bit loony too my friend.
Most of the
Necromorphs in the original will simply charge you and take you out by surprise, but that is not the case
with Dead Space 2.
As I mentioned earlier you start off
with those crazy Plasma Cutters
with the ability to dismember
Necromorphs vertically or horizontally.
