A few weeks after that he was tested for EPI - that test was negative, however, he was diagnosed

with SIBO, bacteria meant for the gastrointestinal tract grow abnormally and in large amounts in the small intestine, a location that is not meant to house that many bacteria.

I always gain weight
with sibo without really eating much of anything.
I've been drinking kefir and it improves my energy and constipation but I've read adding probiotics
