In all the years of purchasing new vehicles I have never had the purchase of a new vehicle or the sale of my old vehicle or any
interaction with a car dealership like the one I experienced at Mancari's Chrysler Dodge Jeep.
I went to the dealership for tires and my door handle was broken and the service manager as well as the gm refused to fix or replace it.they wanted me to buy another after they guys broke it.the worst experience of my
life with a car dealership I would never recommend this dealer nor spend a dime there.
Having the money in hand before deciding on which car to buy gives you bargaining
power with car dealerships, and also cuts out the middle man (the dealership) which makes your loan cost you less.
As with any car dealership, they DO need to make money, but for some reason, it truly feels like this team is more interested in their customers, and gaining repeat customers, rather than the «bottom line.»
Never felt pressure... d which is important when dealing
with a car dealership.
