Just thinking of trying to explain to my grandma that I can't eat her cake because it was
made with all purpose flour makes my head and heart hurt.
I did this recipe the first time
with all purpose flour because I didn't have bread flour and regular yeast, they came out perfect, not sticky no need to fry in paper, 2nd time I try to do these used the bread flour and quick rise, they were a complete flop, I threw all in garbage can.
Dust
lightly with all purpose flour and roll the dough into a 12 - inch x 5 - inch rectangle, a bit more than 1 / 8 - inch thick (no thinner), sprinkling lightly with flour as necessary to prevent sticking.

Hi Meredith, I haven't personally tried it with anything else, but I'm sure you could just use all oat flour or replace the almond
flour with all purpose flour.
I used a homemade gluten free flour mixture (just ground up some oats, buckwheat and quinoa), but these also
work with all purpose flour, and probably with whole wheat -LSB-...]
Or if you're in a pinch — I've made
them with all purpose flour before too.
