If you are a chocolate lover and wanted to get very festive after they are dehydrated you could dip one end into some melted chocolate and sprinkle
with almond pieces.

It's not perfect, but since you can buy ground
almonds here, I just chopped the dates into little
pieces and made a dough from everything
with my hands.
I made a smoothie
with Almond milk, splash of water, Cinnamon, Date, a Banana, A kiwi and a
piece of ginger.
It's a perfect post-gym snack made
with delicious blueberry

I'm obsessed
with the blueberry bowl, which is filled
with coconut milk, oats, homemade blueberry compote, fresh strawberries,
almond butter, rye granola and tasted coconut

However, if you have diabetes / pre-diabetes and you are including bananas as part of a whole meal then I would just balance them
with some healthy fat (avocados, nuts, etc.) You could have a banana on top of a

You could also stuff these

Process until the mixture looks like a powder,

You can get creative
with the mix - ins: substitute
almond butter for peanut butter, peanut butter chips for the candy
pieces, or dried fruit instead of nuts.
In a medium bowl, toss the
almonds with the tamari until the
almond pieces are fully coated.
Top it
with soft berries and crunchy
pieces of
almonds, however, and you have plenty more texture and oomph.

Using the basic recipe
with unsweetened
almond milk, plain yogurt and maple syrup, by morning I had several
pieces of oats that had a bluish - green color on them (mold?).
Make the topping: Place the coconut sugar, walnuts,
almonds, coconut flour, potato starch, cinnamon, and salt in the bowl of a food processor and process until the mixture resembles a fine meal
with no
pieces of nuts visible.
Once cooled, mix
almonds with dried mango
pieces.
With layers of filling oats, nourishing chia seeds, creamy
almond milk, antioxidant - packed cacao powder, sweet banana
pieces and warming vanilla extract, this will taste like a morning treat that you very much deserve!
