Functional Medicine Initial Consultation: Due to the overwhelming
requests for Functional Medicine consultations, along
with all the work that goes into preparing for an initial consultation (reviewing intake
forms, background intake
with a nurse, scheduling travel, etc.), new patient
appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 3 weeks prior to your scheduled
appointment or a cancellation fee equal to 25 % of the consultation fee ($ 563) will apply.
