I imagine that getting diagnosed
with an autoimmune thyroid condition can often feel like moving to a foreign country — without the initial charm and honeymoon phase of being in a new and exciting place.
A gluten - free diet is also important for people who have Hashimoto's hypothyroidism as studies show many people
with the autoimmune thyroid condition react to gluten.

Chronic illness is on the rise, now more than ever before; a staggering number of Americans — about half — have now been diagnosed
with recurrent health
conditions like asthma, diabetes, food allergies,
