I remember I made
avocado chocolate
pudding with similar ingredients and it was awesome!
After a moment of self - pity and a week of finishing off the
avocado pudding I had already made, I was then faced
with how I could possibly satisfy my sweet tooth.
I was skeptical of the
avocados in sweet stuff ever since I tried making chocolate
pudding with them and a NOT powerful blender... I'm sure you can imagine how that turned out lol.
I eat
avocados straight out of their skins
with a little pink salt and lime, make guacamole
with them, use them in salads and «bowls», use them in dressings in place of mayo to give LOTS of creamy richness, I make
avocado pudding pretty regularly, and I even bake
with them now!
A gloriously rich chocolate bread
pudding, made light
with a secret ingredient...
avocado.

avocados: this is the toughest one, but you can try subbing cashew cream (soaked cashews blended
with water) for the
avocado in the salad dressing and
pudding cauliflower: Brussels sprouts or broccoli apple: pear, orange, or pineapple sunflower seeds: almonds or any other nut (this would make the cleanse no longer nut - free, but if you know you have no sensitivity to nuts, it's no big deal) Hope that helps!
Off the top of my head other low carb options could be edamame, Primal strips, flax crackers, yuba, seed bars, TVP, kelp noodles, nori or spring green wraps, cocoa -
