with some ready - to - eat steamed lentils, chocked it full of chopped cilantro (leave this out

Fill each tortilla
with fish, slaw, and
avocado slices if using.
If you're totally over
avocado toast, try topping your
slice with tahini or nut butter and fresh fruit or ricotta cheese
with cinnamon and a drizzle of local honey.
Mash 1/2 of an
avocado on one
slice of bread, and
if using, spread the other
slice with mayonnaise (vegan or regular).
