As for fenugreek, at the hospital they recommanded me to take 3 pills 3 times a day
with blessed thistle also 3 pills 3 times a day but I hate pills so after 3 days I stopped and i didn't see any changes (I wasn't smelling like maple syrup though) I've ordered fenugreek tincture and I'll take it religiously.
