body looks except for my tights, I always struggle
with.
I am a ballet dancer and I am also into fitness and calisthenics but I know that in ballet you use your whole
body all the time for everything, you need incredible full
body strength and control for all the jumps, lifts, pirouettes, etc and because of that we train a lot
with bodyweight and very little
with weights and thats not all we not
only need incredible strength but also amazing flexebility to preform splits in mid air.
I would stick
with the cardio, but keep your resistance circuits lighter (light
weight, resistance bands or
body weight only, and high rep) and try to avoid too many leg exercises.
With a vertical climber, you will work on sculpting your glutes, thigh muscles, core strength, biceps, and triceps simultaneously, usually using
only your
body weight as resistance.
If you
only do high rep
with low
weight, the
body will quickly adapt to that and you won't make any more gains.
