sides with two sheets of aluminum foil, making a big criss - cross
with the
sides overhanging.
Stop the machine and scrape the
bottom and
sides of the bowl
with a rubber spatula.
Place the mushroom caps
with the
bottoms (the open
side) face up, and lightly brush each
with the rest of the coconut oil.
Working the dough along the

sides, form an even 1 / 4 - inch - thick crust
