I started my morning

I had
brazil nuts & pumpkin seeds lying around, but I'm sure you could play around
with different
nut options and combinations.
To prepare, place almonds and
brazil nuts in food processor and pulse until it is a rough meal
with small bits of
nuts still left.
Sprouted spelt flour, ground flax, bananas, coconut oil, pure maple syrup, and topped
with my favorite selenium - rich
brazil nuts (and some dark chocolate, if you're into that too).

Remove, let cool, and add to a high speed blender (or food processor)
with 1 cup of raw
brazil nuts.
Once melted, pour into your food processor
with the walnuts,
brazil nuts and medjool dates and blend until a smooth and sticky paste texture forms.

brazil nuts, 1/2 -1 avocado, a teaspoon cinnamon and 1 - 2 tablespoons cacao or carob powder
with 1 - 2 heaping scoops grass - fed whey or vegan protein powder and 4 - 6oz full fat coconut milk.
Experiment
with adding other seeds such as hemp seed, or
nuts (walnut,
brazil, almond).
Ensure you follow up your exercise sessions
with adequate rehydration and a healthy snack, such as almonds, cashews,
brazil nuts, apple
with almond butter or a hard boiled egg.
Consuming just 1 - 2
brazil nuts per day can provide your body
with the appropriate amount of selenium it needs.
