I eat this for
breakfast either
with coconut yoghurt or sprinkled on porridge,
smoothie bowls or chia puddings — it really tastes great
with everything!
For
breakfast in between my morning yoga practice and a conference call, I made a berry
smoothie bowl and topped it
with coconut shreds and blueberries.
my favorite
breakfast is a huge
smoothie bowl (made a bit thick to spoon) and topping it
with fruit, nuts, and fun things like granola
Count me crazy but I decided to go pick blueberries again this weekend I still have a dozen ideas of what to cook
with them (thinking blueberry galette, blueberry
breakfast smoothie bowls, blueberry sorbet, etc), so I really need more of them now, because the season is really short.

bowls for holiday gathering snaking, simple eat it for

In the summer, a

with Almond Breeze Chocolate Almondmilk) or cold Greek yogurt and fruit are just fine, but in the winter, I need and easy, quick
breakfast that will fuel me through my workout and warm me up from the inside.

I don't make the
smoothie every single morning because I love to make
breakfast and this girl of mine will eat almost anything - eggs
with fresh basil and sausage,
breakfast tacos, a BLT, Brioche french toast, waffle
bowls, pasta or leftovers from dinner the night before — pretty much anything — except fruit, yogurt and cereal.
