My two very large pancakes came out topped with homemade caramel, candied pecans, and ginger butter.
So I did what I had to: I made butter tarts with maple syrup and pecans, because almost nothing makes me feel better than baking something does (except maybe for eating whatever I've just baked).
Haha — I just meant thatI usually think of pecan butter as a savory dimension, but with the vanilla and stevia, it's definitely a sweet treat.
