If you haven't played around
with cacao butter before, this is a delicious, natural room - temperature solid oil that's extracted from the cacao bean.
I have only ever made this recipe
with cacao butter before but I imagine that cocoa butter should work well too as I think they will give very similar results.

I've attempted to make chocoalte
with cacao butter and the like a few times
before and it never hardens, even after an hour in the freezer, I wondered what I could be doing wrong?

before and to me it's just not the same.

Sidenote: I don't keep raw
cacao butter on hand all the time (#budget) but right
before Christmas, Navitas Naturals sent me some raw
cacao butter as a Christmas gift and I have yet to experiment
with it.
You can use maple syrup instead of honey for the chocolate recipe, especially if you've never made raw chocolate
before as it is a little bit easier to mix
with the
cacao butter.
