chipotle pepper instead of the
powder, rub it into the other ingredients
with your fingers (and make sure to SCRUB your hands when you're done!).
With two beans, peppers, onion, garlic, tomatoes, and warming spices like cumin, chili
powder, and smoked paprika (or
chipotle powder); there's plenty of flavor so that you won't miss the cheese.
