with my coconut almond milk.
I usually have one slice with melted cheese and the other toasted,
with coconut almond butter or natural peanut butter.

My daily bakery runs for a Croatian burek (filo dough filled

with an experiment to see if
almond,
coconut or rice milk tastes best.
I made them vegan
with chia seeds and
coconut yoghurt and used
almond pulp.
Next place the
coconut oil, maple syrup and cinnamon in a saucepan and gently heat until the
coconut has melted and everything has mixed nicely — pour this over the oaty
almond mixture and stir well until all the dry ingredients are coated
with the maple mix.
I like my smoothies thick so that I can eat them
with a spoon, so you may want to add more water /
almond milk /
coconut water if you like it runnier.

almond flour
with a different flour, such as buckwheat / spelt /
coconut / any other?
But here we make it a tad more special and extra delicious by cooking the oatmeal

coconut sugar 1/2 vanilla bean — split open, seeds scraped 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground cardamom — from about 3 - 4 pods 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon — optional 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg — optional
This soup is a really easy way to use them,
with just six ingredients it's a perfect speedy supper, all you need is: parsnips, garlic, onion, cumin,
almond milk and yoghurt (I use a vegan - friendly
coconut one.)

almond would be great, I haven't cooked that much
with coconut flour so can't say for sure but I don't see why not!
The mix of sweet dates
with rich cacao, roasted nut butter,
almonds,
coconut oil and a pinch of salt will make everyone happy!
Stir in the butter (or
coconut oil) and
almonds towards the end and then fill the apples
with the oatmeal, top
with a pinch extra cinnamon and put the apple tops back on.
When ready to serve; take your mousse out of the fridge and spoon into bowls, then top
with a dollop of
coconut yogurt, a sprinkle of toasted

While the apple cooks, place the
almond flakes, ground
almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds,

I have been buying my organic extra virgin
coconut oil online in 1 gallon pail because I use it all the time for cooking, baking & beauty care along
with other goodies like hemp seeds, organic
almonds, etc..
The
coconut wrap is great
with salty ingredients such as spinach and avocado, but it does not go well
with the banana and
almond butter.
I haven't tried specifically for this recipe, but usually it works fine to substitute the
almond flour
with 1/3 of the quantity in
coconut flour, since the
coconut flour absorbs more moisture than
almond flour.
I'm obsessed
with the blueberry bowl, which is filled
with coconut milk, oats, homemade blueberry compote, fresh strawberries,
