with coconut flour as the primary ingredient.

Regarding the cocoa, I wouldn't replace
it with coconut flour as they do have very different functions (coconut flour absorbs a ton of liquid and any more than the current 1/4 c will get a bit mealy tasting, the cocoa adds bulk and flavour).
Very seldom have I found a dish that tastes good
with coconut flour as the only flour!

with coconut flour is not easy
as it takes MANY eggs.
In baking, I typically use arrowroot powder
as a blend
with other
flours, such
as almond
flour,
coconut flour and tapioca
flour for bread and dessert recipes.

coconut flour + shredded
coconut, I'm really not a fan of wasting ingredients, so I would just start
with a small amount and roll the chicken in em» until they were evenly coated, adding more
as necessary.
Buttttt you should probably not make these brownies
with coconut flour because you will not love them
as much
as I DO in the sense that NO CAKEY - NESS IS HAPPENING HERE.
You will want to use the «low and slow» cooking method
with these,
as coconut flour tends to burn.
And if you want to make this
with almond
flour instead, I'd start
with removing the milk,
as almond
flour needs less liquid than
coconut flour.

with coconut oil.
As a side note, because of the extra moisture that
coconut flour naturally soaks up, I would recommend starting
